Based on your raw data from 23andme or Ancestry, you will get a personal evaluation and review of the key genetic traits that may be impacting your health.  You will also receive a 130-page report from Genetic Lifehacks detailing your genetic variation in specific categories that is cross-referenced to valuable articles.

On our 60-minute video chat, you will receive personalized and actionable advice on how to interpret your genes, prioritize lifestyle and diet changes and navigate future health risks. In addition, supplement and nutritional recommendations will be offered.

If you already have a 23andme or Ancestry report (even if it is years old, DNA does not change!) we can use that data.  Just go to your account dashboard and request the Raw Data. You will be given steps to upload your data for your report after you schedule your session.

Test kits from 3×4 Genetics are ordered and delivered to your home. The easy oral sample takes just 2 minutes to collect and is then shipped back to their lab in a pre-paid package. Your report is generated and sent to me for an in-depth review of the results.

Once the results are in, we will schedule an in-depth overview of your results via video meeting.  You’ll receive personalized and actionable advice on how to interpret your genes, how to navigate future health risks, prioritize changes in diet and lifestyle, and get supplement recommendations to support better health and wellbeing.
